Well Alamitos 9A: located at 4518 E. 23rd Street, approximately 400 feet west of the community center at Stearns Champions Park, Long Beach, CA 90815. Well Alamitos 14: located at 4528 E. 23rd Street, immediately north of the community center at Stearns Champions Park, Long Beach, CA 90815. Questions must be received by 4:30 p.m. on April 21, 2022. Questions shall be submitted to Dian Tanuwidjaja at dian.tanuwidjaja@lbwater.org and include the subject line "Drilling of Water Wells Alamitos 9A and Alamitos 14: Question" Online Q&A No Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $1000 per day Project Duration Work must be completed within two hundred forty five (245) calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
