New construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 185-space sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the project consists of a new parking lot to the south of the Energy Education Center. The project includes new lighting, 185 stall parking lot, sidewalks, and land sloping for biofiltration areas. The goal is to grade and gravel the lot this Fall and install all finishes in Spring 2021. If weather makes this unfeasible it could be postponed until Spring 2021. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. The site is available to view at 4000 Campus Road, Eau Claire, WI.
