Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of August 29, 2024, construction has been completed. No additional information is expected. In general, this project consists of a 14,000 SF addition that will be creating 9 new classrooms, huddle spaces, bathrooms, and a large exterior courtyard will be captured by this added footprint. There is also existing spaces consisting of a classroom that will get new openings and will become a connecting link to this addition. The existing boiler room and main corridor from boiler room to the addition will also have work completed in these spaces. The building construction is CMU with brick veneer, steel roof with rubber membrane, and all new MEP systems throughout the addition. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI.
