Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot educational facility.
In general, the project consists of a new 120,000 square foot Transportation Education Center with a variety of classrooms, labs, and shop spaces. It also includes a new 15,600 square foot pre-engineered uninsulated storage building. The main building is comprised primarily of precast, structural steel, bar joists and masonry. It includes a variety of finishes both interior and exterior as-well as sophisticated plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. It includes a large amount of site development and finishes. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project.
