In general, the project consists of two additions. The shooting range and apparatus bay total approximately 32,215 SF and the front commons addition total approximately 6,300 SF. The project also includes approximately 25,000 SF of remodeling. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2021 at 2:00 PM in Room 120 at the Emergency Services Education Center.
