Permit No.: 11052640 In general, the project is the replacement of approximately 20-ornamental post-top streetlights along Perry Highway (State Route 0019), near the municipal building, in West View Borough, Allegheny County Pennsylvania. The work includes coordination with Duquesne Light Company and the municipality for replacement of ornamental street lights, underground conduit, and the repair of the roadway, sidewalk, and curb pavements. All questions during the bid are to be submitted in writing to up to 4 days prior to the due date. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check upon a National or State bank, drawn and made payable without condition to West View Borough in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, or ab bid bond of not less than 5%, and be delivered to the place and hour named.
