Scope of Work: Removal of existing brick pavers; coordination with utilities; grading; installation of new and decorative concrete walkways; ADA ramps and routes; drainage structures; and restoration along the east side of Route 19 from Wentworth Ave. to Center Ave. Certified check or bid bond, minimum 10% of bid amount. The Project includes the following Work: The Streetscape Phase 1B project is a continuation of the revitalization initiative for Downtown West View and the Route 19 Business District. This phase will provide improvements in functionality, aesthetic, and overall accessibility along the eastern side of Route 19 beginning at the intersection of Route 19 and Wentworth Avenue (near West View Elementary) and extending south to Center Avenue. Project generally includes removal of existing brick paver walkways, coordination with utility owners for grade adjustments, grading, installation of new concrete walkways, installation of decorative concrete, construction of accessible ramps and routes, installation of new drainage structures, and restoration A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Intersection of SR 0019 & Wentworth Avenue to the sidewalk end at 636 Center Avenue Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Sidewalk replacement, decorative streetscape elements, curb replacement, and ADA ramp construction from the intersection of SR 0019 & Wentworth Avenue to the sidewalk end at 636 Center Avenue.
