Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project contemplated is located within the property limits owned by Eagle Sewer District at 1995 West State Street, Eagle, ID 83616 and generally consists of the constructing two new aerated lagoon cells, two new settling lagoon cells, a headworks flow splitter structure, two new blowers, and modifications to two effluent pump stations. The Work will be completed in all respects within 340 calendar days from the date when the Contract Times commence to run. In the event of a technology failure, the District reserves the right to accept all proposals submitted and electronically time stamped prior to bid/proposal opening. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform Work under these Bidding Documents, Bidders and Subcontractors shall be licensed as Public Works Contractors in accordance with Idaho Code 54-1902 and shall obtain and hold such other licenses as required by Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will be accepted from those Bidders only who, prior to the Bid opening, hold current licenses as Public Works Contractors in the State of Idaho. Preparation of project-specific Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan documentation and updated EPA Region 10 NPDES Construction General Permit approval. 2. Installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control best management practices. 3. Site clearing and grubbing. 4. Construction of a new headworks flow splitter box. 5. Construction of four new lagoon treatment cells (Cells 3, 4, 5, and 6) with new diffused aeration system. 6. Construction of docks for the new lagoon treatment cells. 7. Construction of two new blowers housed within the existing Blower Building with new air distribution piping. 8. Construction of new yard piping, control structures, and control instruments. 9. Effluent Pump Station 1 improvements. 10. Effluent Pump Station 2 improvements. 11. Construction of new groundwater monitoring wells. 12. Site fencing and access gates. 13. Site roadwork for connectivity to existing site access roads. 14. Quality control and testing. 15. Surface restoration of all disturbed areas. 16. Incidentals necessary to complete the Work.
