Renovation of an educational facility in Mason, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,215-square-foot educational facility.
Advanced Manufacturing in Mason Create Lab and Classroom Space for IMT Program, Mason Campus, Building B FY 21-01. Bids will be received for: Trade Estimate General Contract $700,000.00 Alternate G-1 $30,000.00 Alternate G-2 $15,000.00 Alternate G-3 $7,600.00 Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee equivalent to the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid, by certified check or bid guarantee and contract bond made payable to Sinclair Community College. Full Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid amounts for Alternates, in whole or in part, and in any order.
