2024 Street Maintenance Asphalt Program Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of pavement planning, full depth repair and asphalt resurfacing of various streets throughout the City of Mason. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security, Furnished in Bond Form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. Upon Award of the Contract, the Contractor Shall Provide a Contract Bond to the City (100% of the Bid Amount). Last Time for Questions to Be Taken From Contractors is 10:00am, Tuesday, February 27, 2024 The City of Mason reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Mason reserves the right to add to or to subtract from the contract quantities. The work under the terms of this Contract shall be substantially completed and ready for use not later than October 31, 2024
