Site work and renovation of a civil project in Mason, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
(No responses were received.* For furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment and performing all work necessary on the Bethany Tank Sample System Installation Project. The City of Cincinnati, Ohio with whom the CONTRACTOR has entered into a Contract and for whom the work is to be provided. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Alexa Kafury, via email at alexa.kafury@cincinnati-oh.gov. All questions should be submitted no later than February 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET. The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete on site work within 205 calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. A Bid Bond, deposit of cash or Certified Check, Bank Cashier's or Bank Official's Check drawn on a solvent bank payable to the Treasurer of the City of Cincinnati, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into. The contractor will be required to provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
