Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of November 10, 2020, the anticipated construction start date and completion date are not yet determined at this time. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Building Construction. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. There will be no pre-bid conference walk through due to COVID-19 restrictions. For inquiries, please contact Chad Bliss, Director of Facilities, at 716-992-3630 x. 1500. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead - i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.)
