Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Eden, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of this project is bridge rehabilitation including truss shoring, stabilization, lifting, steel member replacement, steel repairs, steel painting, timber deck replacement, membrane and overlay, railing repairs, joint replacement, and bearing replacement. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the Special Instructions and Special Specifications accompanying the Itemized Proposal, including but not limited to State and County contract forms, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, OSHA Training certifications, Davis-Bacon Federal and/or NYSDOL Minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the proposed contract, and the schedules as certified for the particular contract. Minority Workforce, NYS Apprenticeship Program, Minority, Women, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals and requirements may apply. The Contract Completion date has been changed to September 27, 2024. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, if deemed in the best interest of Erie County.
