Site work and new construction of a civil project in Lewes, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a force main and pump station for the community of Mulberry Knoll. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. RFI's must be submitted by 5:00 pm on October 15, 2020 to KCI Technologies, 614 N Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Current Delaware State Prevailing Wages and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply on this project and are contained in the Bidding Documents. The project will be completed utilizing Delaware Clean Water State Revolving Fund monies, thus bidders on this work will be required to comply with all policies as outlined in the Bidding Documents.
