The project consists of the removal of 80 LF of aged CMP principal spillway and replacement with 80 LF of HDPE plastic pipe in an earthen dam and other incidental items necessary. The project site is located in Lancaster County, Nebraska. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Treasurer, Lower Platte South Natural Resources District as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to complete the rehab project and furnish the required bonds. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening bids without consent of the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time for closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
