Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of May 25, 2021, this project was awarded to MTZ Construction LLC for $1,086,651.60. The Contractor shall have no more than 140 consecutive calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Final Completion of this project. Construction along Goodhue Blvd, between 'H' Street and 'E' Street, shall be completed between June 1, 2021 and August 7, 2021. Failure to meet this date shall result in liquidated damages to be assessed at a rate of $1,000 per day until all of the work on the street is completed and the street is open to traffic with permanent drive access restored to adjacent properties. Final completion shall be achieved by October 29, 2021. Failure to complete all Work associated with this contract by the final completion date shall result in liquidated damages to be assessed in accordance with the Lincoln Standard Specifications.
