The mill and overlay project work includes grading, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface and erosion control. This is a 2.9 urban mile mill and overlay project located on STH 16 on CTH L-BUS 26 to East Main Street near the City of Watertown in D odge County. The project will end at the beginning of project ID 1370-00-73. Anticipated Construction Cost $1,000,000-$1,999,999 The contract price will be based on the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
