Solicitation No. SW-01 Project Limits : CTH L/ BUS 26 TO E MAIN STREET County : Jefferson This is a perpetuation resurfacing project. The mill and overlay project work includes grading, base aggregate dense, asphaltic surface and erosion control. This is a 2.9 urban mile mill and overlay project located on STH 16 on CTH L-BUS 26 to East Main Street near the City of Watertown in D odge County. The project will end at the beginning of project ID 1370-00-73. Anticipated Construction Cost $1,000,000-$1,999,999 The contract price will be based on the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ; Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found at website. Advertised Fixed Fee % 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate. The selected firm will negotiate a staged contract with WisDOT that will be based upon the completion schedule of the STH 15 project. Given satisfactory performance by the selected consultant(s), additional stages may be negotiated.
