The proposed work consists of improving Cooper Road to a four-lane roadway with a raised or flush center median. The work includes subgrade preparation, grading, furnishing and placing aggregate subbase, asphaltic concrete and Portland cement concrete paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage improvements, street lighting, traffic signals, signal interconnect; signing, pavement markings, landscaping, landscape irrigation, walls/fences, utility relocations, water main replacement, sanitary sewer pipeline extension, erosion control, and other related incidental work. Work must be completed within 450 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate range is $ 12,000,000 - $ 15,000,000. This is a Federal Funded Project with DBE requirements. Pre-Bid Meeting: None Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided and be accompanied by the Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the City of Chandler, Arizona, or a certified or cashier's check.
