The City of Raleigh Water Treatment Division is soliciting bids for the construction of new cooling water piping for the Ozone generators at the the E.M. Johnson water treatment plant. Furnish and install new stainless-steel cooling water piping and all associate valves and hardware as shown in the contract documents. Core a hole through a concrete wall for the access of the endpoint of the cooling water piping. Make modifications to the existing cooling water piping as needed to complete the work. Warrant that all labor and materials furnished, and work performed are in accordance with the contract documents and authorized modifications thereto and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of one year from Date of Final Completion.
