Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Major components of Project Work consist of: Asbestos and lead based paint abatement. Demolition of existing boiler house and construction of a new 4,700 s/f pre-fabricated metal building with three 1,200 HP steam boilers, Selective Catalytic Reactor, 30,000 gallon LPG storage tank, 210,000-gallon fire water storage tank and pump, piping, paving, fencing, retaining wall excavation, manholes, cast in place concrete, asphalt, electrical raceway, wiring, cable, transformers, pole lines, panel boards, switchgear, generator and related work. Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
