The Contractor shall pump all waste from the grease trap/septic tanks on the same date of service, removing all debris and scraping clean the sides of each grease trap/septic tank. The Contractor shall provide used cooking oil (UCO) pumping services, as needed or requested from the institution/facility/camp at the same rate, as identified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall pump the grease tanks to the bottom. Surface vacuuming of floating grease shall be assisted by high pressure water blasting to force migrated grease from the opposite end of the tanks. The Contractor shall not pump water from the truck back into the grease trap without written authorization from the Contract Liaison or designee.
