Site work for a civil project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The improvement consists of: Project includes creek improvements on Padden Creek between the confluence of Connelly Creek and the upstream footbridge. Items included are stream diversion, fish exclusion, in-channel streambed improvements, installation of streambed sediment, topsoil and mulch, removal of invasive species, excavation of expanded wetlands, installation of large woody debris and wood fencing. Price Range: $300,000 - $500,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
