Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contracts and Procurement Manager of the City of Salem on behalf of the City of Salem ("Owner") will receive electronic Proposals from Proposers interested in acting as a Design Builder (DB) and providing services and performing Work related to the Salem Public Works Operations Building Project (Project). This procurement is conducted in accordance with model rules adopted by the Attorney General under Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279A.065(3). The exemption from competitive bidding was approved on September 28, 2020 by City Council. Questions regarding RFP specifications and clarifications of Proposal submittal requirements are to be directed to the Owner's Representative, Ricardo Becerril, COMPASS PROJECT SOLUTIONS, INC. , via email to ricardo@compasspsinc.com. Questions regarding the RFP process may be directed to Shawna Self, Contracts and Procurement Manager, Contracts and Procurement Division, who may be reached at sself@cityofsalem.net, during City business hours. The Owner will be the sole judge in determining award of contract and reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals including the requirement to demonstrate the proposer"s responsibility
