Renovation of a medical facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 250-square-foot medical facility.

This project consists of the renovation of the existing 250 square foot x-ray room (Plan RD #1173) to support a new digital imaging x-ray system where all interior cabinets, wall, floor and ceiling finish materials are to be replaced per the current finish standards and required support and infrastructure for radiation room #2. Project also requires an accessible 52 square foot changing room due to code. All vendors should arrive fifteen (15) minutes early to sign in. Vendors shall assemble in the LBJ Main Lobby (Atrium). Briefing will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Attendance is mandatory and all interested vendors should attend to discuss the requirements of this CSP. Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations should contact the Purchasing Office at (713) 274-4473 at least two (2) days prior to the pre-proposal conference. The deadline for submission of questions relating to this CSP is 12:00 p.m. CST on October 27, 2020. All questions submitted in writing prior to the deadline will be compiled and answered in writing.
