RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $554,256 - $677,424 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of 4", 6", 8", and 10" diameter water mains, place into service, and abandon existing mains on Sioux Trail, Geiger Grade, Pinion Drive, and Westwind Circle to increase the flow rates of existing fire hydrants. Located in Washoe County, some of this work is on private unpaved roads and in the NDOT right-of-way. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please Note: Face masks are required and social distancing will be enforced. Contractors will be allowed no more than two representatives per company in attendance. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.
