Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for Marina Del Rey Public Safety Dock Replacement located at 13851 Fiji Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. Contractor shall be responsible for all design, calculations, and permitting associated with the work described in this Section. B. The Work of this Section consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals required to demolish or salvage existing improvements as indicated in the Plans, including salvage of specified items, transportation, and disposal; furnishing all permits; and paying all fees; as indicated in the Plans, as specified, and as directed by the Owner.
