Site work and renovation of a civil project in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major components: Installation of electrical buildings at fifteen (15) well sites and one (1) pump station site. Installation of generators at fifteen (15) well sites and seven (7) pump station sites. Installation of electrical equipment at well sites including new pump control panels with variable frequency drives, automatic transfer switches, meters, and electrical disconnects. Installation of electrical equipment at pump station sites including automatic transfer switches. Grading and site upgrades at well and pump station sites. The Owner will only accept Proposals from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law, including without limitation Ala. Code 34-8-1 to -10. Bidders' Alabama General Contractor License Number shall appear on the outside of the envelope containing such bid prior to opening, failing which said bid shall not be considered. A general description of the work to be done is contained in the Invitation to Bid. The scope is specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents.
