Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major components: 1. Replacement of existing gates, valves, level control system and flow meter. 2. Installation of a bypass pump-out stand. 3. Replacement of existing automatic transfer switch, MCC and standby generator. 4. Coordination for outside subcontractor to repair damaged coating in the pump station wet well during bypass. 5. Construction of a new storage building at Pump Station 29. 6. Upgrades to the SCADA systems at NEMI PS and Pump Station 29. The OWNER will only accept Proposals from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law, including without limitation Ala. Code 34-8-1, et seq., BIDDERS Alabama General Contractor License Number shall appear on the outside of the envelope containing such bid prior to opening.
