Utah Division of Drinking Water regulations requires a detectable chlorine residual at all points in the JVWCD distribution system. JVWCD has successfully operated portable chlorination trailers at Rosecrest Reservoir and 9800 South Reservoir for the past three years. JVWCD now desires to construct permanent chemical feed facilities at these sites. These feed facilities shall be located in new buildings at the reservoir sites along with flow meters installed in existing vaults where the chlorine will be injected.
