Herriman City is seeking bids for its 2025 Asphalt Preservation Treatments project. The project includes but is not limited to GSB-Light, Type II and Type III Slurry Seal, Full Depth Reclamation, and Mill and Overlay treatments. The bidding process will be managed through the Utah Public Procurement Place website. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of approximately 630,984 SF of Gilsonite Modified Pavement Sealer (GSB-88) Installation of approximately 2,019,896 SF of Type II Slurry Seal Installation of approximately 1,137,085 SF of Type III Slurry Seal Installation of approximately 81,987 SF Edge Mill with 2" Overlay Installation of approximately 250,054 SF Full Width Mill with 2" Overlay Installation of approximately 85,116 SF Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR) with 5" Overlay Replacement of approximately 18 Concrete ADA curb ramps Herriman City intends to award an initial single contract to the successful bidder based on these bid documents. Herriman City reserves the right to renew or extend this contract, at the City's discretion and not to exceed three (3) renewals or extensions, provided that the City gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to renew or extend at least 30 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the City to renewal or extension. Each renewal or extension will be for one additional year (construction season). Contract prices for the renewal or extension will be in accordance with article 1.2 F below. The right is reserved to increase or decrease the quantity of any item. Estimated quantities are for bidding purposes only and are not to be interpreted as a guarantee to purchase any amount. The Contractor has the right to decline the requested renewal or extension by providing a written document of declination within 30 days of notice by Herriman City of their intent to renew or extend.
