Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
**As of March 20, 2025, project was awarded to J&N Bros, awarded amount is $109 842 .16. The City will do the excavation of site/site prep. This bid is only for the footings, foundation, exterior CMU block walls and the windows and doors that are in the exterior block walls, as per the attached plans. CMU wall height is to be 10', at a minimum (end in a full block) from finished floor. Block is to be smooth block, standard colour, with a one (1) block thick accent course of split face block, colour to be determined (will look at what overrun colours are available) 36 inches above grade. Riverton City reserves the right for an option to renew or extend any contract that may arise from this Invitation for Bid, not to exceed four (4) renewals or extensions. Unless specifically provided for elsewhere in this bid, multiple or alternate bids will not be accepted. The City Mayor and City Council reserves the right to purchase such brands as they desires, irrespective of price. The right is reserved, unless supplier countermands, to increase or decrease the quantity of any item(s) as the bid price.
