Site work and new construction of a theater / auditorium in Collingwood, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 43,000-square-foot, 600-seat theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.
Construction of an Arts and Culture Centre; approx. 43,000 sq ft and include 600-seat theatre, a foyer for events and artists lounge. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold. Preliminary designs are complete. Project timelines will be finalized pending funding as well as owner's decision to proceed. Further update summer 2026. *Current projected cost has been estimated at approx. 67 million for which approx. 45 million would be covered by government funding and approx. 22 million covered by the town.
