Renovation of a water / sewer project in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is an invitation by the Town to pre-qualified Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of Contract 1 - Temporary UV, as further described in Appendix D of this ITT. The work involves general construction associated with the Raymond A. Barker Water Treatment Plant (WTP) primarily, but not limited to, the existing membrane permeate discharge headers (inlet to the existing chlorine contact chambers), and all associated works. The work includes Installation of two new UV trains on the membrane permeate discharge headers. Although the 3 potential General Contractors have been pre-qualified, the sub-contractors have not.
