The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. Clarification Deadline: 10/28/2020 5:00 PM
