Scope #1 - Moapa (Ron Lewis) Park: Playground # 2 Replacement RP. B9G19033 The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #1 Moapa (Ron Lewis) Park: Playground #2 Replacement and is located at 1340 Nevada 168, Moapa, Nevada 89025, behind the Building designated Fire Station #72 The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The scope of Work includes COUNTY'S General requirements pertaining to Contract Administration and Construction coordination as contained in Division 1 - General Requirements of the project specifications. These requirements include, but not limited to; Payment and Changes in the work, Project coordination, construction Schedule, temporary facilities and controls, on-site Construction Management, Project completion and closeout. Demolition work includes removal of existing playground equipment and existing foundations, including selective demolition of existing landscape turf and re-location of any existing irrigation lines located in the scope of work. New construction consists of preparation for new playground safety surface, new concrete sidewalks, Sand Box, Play Equipment, Overhead Canopies, and all associated work contained within the drawings and specifications. Supply all necessary parts included but not limited to footings & Structural Engineering. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Monday through Friday starting from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify COUNTY'S Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary. Scope #2 - Moapa Town Park (Ron Lewis): Playground Surface & Shade Canopy RP. B9G18082 The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #2 Moapa Town Park (Ron Lewis): Playground Surface and Shade Canopy and is located at 1340 Nevada 168, Moapa, Nevada 89024. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The scope of Work includes COUNTY'S General requirements pertaining to Contract Administration and Construction coordination as contained in Division 1 - General Requirements of the project specifications. These requirements include, but not limited to; Payment and Changes in the work, Project coordination, construction Schedule, temporary facilities and controls, on-site Construction Management, Project completion and closeout. Demolition work includes removal of existing mow curb around the playground, play surface and playground equipment. Existing PVC irrigation lines and sprinklers within the limits of the disturbance area as needed and preparation for new playground safety surface. Construction consists of new concrete mow curb, integral playground equipment with integrated fabric shade canopies, new ADA playground safety surface (Ultra Tuff) poured in place and all associated work contained within the drawings and specifications. Supply all necessary parts included but not limited to footings & Structural Engineering. Work hours: The General Contractor will perform construction activities during the following times: Monday through Friday starting from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. All dates and times will be outlined in the project schedule as required per Section 01 32 16. The Contractor will notify COUNTY'S Representative when changes to the submitted working days/hours are deemed necessary. Construction operations shall not interfere with building occupant workflow.
