Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Marietta, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
In accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Sixmo Inc. (the Architect), the project generally includes the interior build out of an existing shell space, selective demolition, and minor exterior alterations. New construction to include a gymnasium, locker rooms, community spaces, and fitness center, including general trades, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The BGCWC is bidding the project in two phases with a multiple prime delivery method. This bid is for Phase 1 work only. Contracts include General Trades, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical. All inquiries concerning this project should be directed to Sixmo Inc., Ms. Christina Schmitz, at cschmitz@sixmoae.com . Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Contract Documents. If the BGCWC determines to award the contract, the BGCWC will award it based on the lowest and best bid as determined in the discretion of the BGCWC. The BGCWC reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. A Bid Bond equal to 100% of the bid price payable to BGCWC, or a certified check equal to 10% of the bid price shall accompany the bid proposal.
