Site work and renovation of a civil project in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Gulf Coast Water Authority is looking to repair damages from Hurricane Harvey. This project is obligated through TDEM and is FEMA funded. The Briscoe Pumping Plant consists of three water intake pumps. Restoration and hazard mitigation will occur along Steep Bank Creek and Brazos River. Restoration and hazard mitigation of Steep Bank Creek will consist of grading and a rip rap protection design. Restoration and hazard mitigation along Brazos River will consist of replacement of river training structures (Palisades) combined with rip rap armoring. The GCWA reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive informalities in the bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any bid, the GCWA reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities in the Bids. The deadline to ask questions is 10/30/2020 5:00:00 PM CST
