Site work and renovation of a civil project in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Gulf Coast Water Authority is looking to repair damages from Hurricane Harvey. This project is obligated through TDEM and is FEMA funded. The May Pumping Plant consists of six water intake pumps. Restoration and hazard mitigation will occur along Brazos River. Restoration and hazard mitigation of the Brazos River will consist of grading and a peak stone protection design.
