Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Norden, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish & install 10' dia. lined, precast submersible lift station with 10' dia. valve vault with pumps, fittings and appurtenances; Removal of existing lift station and partial removal of abandoned 1964 lift station and related structures; Furnish & install electrical equipment including control panel and enclosures, service rated disconnects, transfer switches, etc. Furnish and install standby emergency generator; and Furnish and install approximately 86 LF of 12" dia. and 48 LF of 15" dia. PVC gravity sanitary sewer, sanitary manholes, 171 LF of 8" dia. PVC force main, new pond inlet structure, and appurtenances. Cost $575,000 to $600,000 A Pre-bid conference will not be held. Goals for minority participation in each trade - 1.3% (See Appendix A for goals by county) Goals for female participation in each trade - 6.9%
