Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; library; municipal facility; and communication facility.

This project includes the replacement of the current countywide Andover Continuum access control system as well as the Stanley Gatekeeper access control system in the Law Enforcement Center. Scope includes hardware, terminations and programming for multiple projects currently under construction, retrofitting multiple existing facilities with Andover access control and adding new hardware to existing facilities currently without access control. There will be roughly 350 card readers in total. Additionally, the County seeks to migrate from Indala credentials to high frequency smart cards for approximately 1,000 cards Contractors are to provide their own transportation to and from each site. Members from Scott County and the design team will lead the tours. All attendees are required to wear a mask at each site. Temperature screening will take place at the LEC before entry Make proposals on the proposal forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each proposal, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Scott County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal cost.
