Sealed Bids for the construction of the Buffalo WWPS Upgrade & Force Main will be received by Johnston County, at the office of the Johnston County Land Use Center, 309 E. Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577 until 2:00 PM local time on [weekday, month, day, year], at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing approximately 3,800 linear feet of 16" sewer force main, 3,410 linear feet of force mains of sizes 4" -12", 100 linear feet of Jack and Bore with 30" steel casing, directional bores with Fusible(R) PVC, 1,140 linear feet of 36" gravity sewer main, force main tie-ins of sizes 4"-16", and meter vaults near the Johnston County Airport.
