The estimated cost is “Under $50,000” The Project involves rehabilitation of eight (8) manholes. The contractor is to rehabilitate the interior of eight (8) manholes in the Town collection system. The manholes are to be rehabilitated by adding cementitious concrete to the walls of the manhole, where needed. The manhole will be sealed with a watertight lining (epoxy coating) of sufficient thickness to satisfy the manufacturers recommendation & guarantee The work includes the following: Manhole ID Number: Manhole Depth - 557 7' - 593 5' - 583 3' - 578 6' - 564 5' - 531 6' - 543 6' - 561 6' Proposals shall be inclusive of all parts and supplies necessary to perform the work. Potential bidders shall be provided maps and manhole numbers, and are required to verify locations of the work access routes. Once a Notice to Proceed is issued, the Contractor shall have forty-five (45) calendar days to complete the project, weather permitting. Days classified as non-working days due to weather conditions shall be negotiated with the Town.
