Johnston County is soliciting bids for the construction of a new Biosolids Dewatering Facility and Solids Handling Improvements. The work is located in Smithfield, NC at the 210 WWTF site, which is located adjacent to the Johnston County Landfill (680 County Home Road, Smithfield NC 27577). All Bids submitted shall include all required documents as listed in Section 00 20 00 Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be submitted on the printed form, or exact copies thereof, contained in the Contract Documents. Bidder shall make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned businesses and comply with NC Division of Water Infrastructure MBE/WBE requirements and GS 143-128. The contracted bidder shall comply with federal AIS and Davis Bacon requirements throughout the project.
