Site work and new construction of a day care center in La Junta, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,356-square-foot day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

New Building Construction of 14,356 square feet for Otero Junior College Head Start Migrant Day Care Facility. Day Care Facility will be a one-story building with Clearstory at MultiPurpose Room. This Facility will house: two Infant's rooms, four Toddler's classrooms, and four Pre-school classrooms. Support area will include Pre- Kitchen, Nurses station, Multi-Purpose room, and Administration areas. Site work will include: Playground for each age groups, Parking lot for staff, and Drop-off area, Bus loop, and Kitchen's delivery area This project is Federally funded through the Department of Health and Human Services. DavisBacon wage regulations will be enforced. Plans and specifications (Bidding Documents) will be transmitted to all Contractors and Suppliers in PDF Format.
