Salt Lake County invites you to bid to remodel the PW admin suite to create a PW admin suite and MSD suite. Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services. Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of its Facilities Management invites your company to bid on project MSD and PW Admin Remodel located at Salt Lake County Government Center 2001 South State Street, North Building-third floor, Salt Lake City Utah, 84081. Bonding range $300,000 to $350,000. The question submission deadline has been revised to Nov 10,2020 at 2:00 PM MT. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: A partial renovation of the Public Works suite - the area included in the scope is approximately 5,750 square feet in size. The project shall be considered Occupancy Type B. Demolition and construction will occur in a single phase, while maintaining partial occupancy of the existing suite and allowing work functions to continue. The renovation will create two new suites at the north end of the current suite, and includes the addition of several offices, conference rooms, and work areas. The scope also includes upgrades and modifications to existing mechanical and electrical systems.
