This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates and federal wage reporting requirements are applicable to this Project. Equal Employment Opportunity requirements including 2 CFR 200, Appendix II (C) are applicable to this Project. Bidders, its Contractors, subcontractors, vendors and others engaged in the Work shall not discriminate against any qualified employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age or physical or mental disability. The Project is subject to the Goals for Women and Minorities in Construction according to United States Department of Labor regulations set forth in 41 CFR 60-4. Compliance by Contractor and others employed or contracted in the completion of the Project is mandatory. All changes to goals, as published in the Federal Register in accordance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs regulations at 41 CFR 60-4.6, or any successor regulations, shall hereafter be incorporated by reference into Contractors contracts. The Goal for Participation of Females in Each Trade Area is 6.9 percent. The Goal for Minorities in Each Trade Area is 7.3 percent.
