Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Vernon, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is to complete the renovation and modernization of Mount Vernon High School - Old Main building along with various campus site improvements. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. All bidders are strongly recommended to visit, the site prior to bidding to become familiar with the building, site and the surroundings in accordance with the Contract Documents. All persons on site must strictly adhere to the Washington State Governor's Proclamations regarding COVID19.
