Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mount Vernon, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract provides for the installation of 290' of Type 31 Guardrail and two Type 31 Non-Flared Terminals (MSKT-SP-MGS (TL-2)) on Little Mountain Road, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Question Deadline 02/21/2024 at 10:00 AM PT All communications regarding technical, scope, and/or project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this ITB shall be submitted via "Q&A" through the City's electronically Portal, before the Question Submission deadline and according to these specifications herein. To ensure fairness and avoid misunderstandings, all communications must be in written format and submitted only in the format set forth above. Current prevailing wage data may not be printed or bound herein. If not included, it is the Contractors responsibility to incorporate the wage rates in effect when bid was published and benefits applicable to Skagit County into the Bid The City of Mount Vernon reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, revise or cancel the work, complete the work by other means, or to postpone the bid award by up to thirty (30) days after bid opening
