Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Linear hike and bike trail including but not limited to concrete and asphalt removal, 10' wide concrete trail, pedetrian bridge and landsacpe plantings. WBS NO. F-BGSJ01-0001-4-01-01 A Work Change Directive cannot change Contract Price or Contract Time, but is evidence that the parties agree that a change, ordered by Directive, will be incorporated in a subsequently issued change order as to its effect, if any, on Contract Price or Contract Time. Failure by Contractor to commence work identified in a Work Change Directive within the time specified by HPBLGC, or to complete the Work in a reasonable period of time, may be determined by HPBLGC to be a material breach of contract. Questions will be received by the consultant team until Wednesday November 11, 2020 at Noon.
