Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ennis, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of the removal of existing curb and gutter, curb ramps, sidewalks, pavement, storm inlets and pipes, and associated streetscape elements and the installation of new curb and gutter, curb ramps, sidewalks, ramps, and street lights at the following five locations: Location 1 - Intersection of Baylor and McKinney Street Location 2 - Intersection of Knox and McKinney Street Location 3 - East side of Sherman Street between Knox Street and Alley Location 4 - Alley from McKinney to Sherman Street Location 5 - North side of Baylor Street between NW Main and Dallas Street The lamppost shall be a combination cast iron and steel lamppost assemblies. The lamppost shall have a nominal height of 13' 0" with pedestrian luminaire mounting provisions. The lamp post, besides serving a lighting function, also serves as street furniture and is designed to complement the City's overall streetscape plan and must be of sufficient strength to support banner arms, flower pot holders, decorative pedestrian cross arm, pedestrian luminaire, and holiday decorations. The Newburyport Style Post is indicated in the specifications and attached drawings are used as a standard of quality and dimensional requirements. Please refer to drawing numbers S103500 for part numbers and ordering information. Light poles to be City of Ennis lighting standard. Substituting the luminaire or post will not be permitted.
